2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Payments made for subscriptions, premium features, or in-app purchases are non-refundable once activated.

Users are responsible for managing or cancelling subscriptions via:

  • Apple App Store
  • Website payment method (if applicable)

3. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, users must cancel before the trial ends. No refunds will be issued once a paid subscription begins.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation stops future billing only
  • No refunds for unused subscription periods
  • Access remains until the end of the paid cycle

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental payment
  • Unresolved technical issues preventing service access
